Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all the items inside the box.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at aliaraco@aliaraco.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We will provide return instructions and an authorization number.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you have to pay for return shipping.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If your desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance/promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
